Trolley

For the stationary spectrometer Belec Lab 3000s a special trolley offers mobility. Monitor, keyboard and mouse as well as printer can be placed here without any problems. Additionally, recalibration samples or important documentation can be deposited here. Among other things, this option can be relevant for the site selection of the working place.
Sample Preparation

The most important thing for a successful measuring is a good sample preparation. To receive significant analysis results, a clean and plane grinded sample surface is essential. Outer pollution like rust or grease can cause falsifications of the results. Just a simple finger print at the surface of the sample to be analysed can become noticeable. This example shows, how highly sensitive the instruments can react.

Printer
Show the results of the analysis to your colleagues, customers or to your boss, immediately. A printer, connected to the instrument, permits a direct printout. Choose between the small and the compact version, the Canon IP 100 (or successor) and the efficient Canon IP3000 (or successor), respectively.
The smaller model can be easily fixed on the instrument and is also available with an integrated battery. You can work without any qualification and location-independent. This option is recommendable e.g. for our mobile spectrometer Belec Compact Port.
Furthermore, we can recommend you the compact version for the stationary instruments. Together with the Belec Lab 3000s, it can be placed very easy on an e.g. additional trolley.
Argon Cleaning Unit

The spark generation in our spectrometers takes place under argon gas. The purer the argon quality, the better the spark and therefore also the measuring result.
For this reason, we recommend our customers the argon quality of 4.8 (purity grade of 99.998 %) in combination with an argon cleaning unit “Oxiclear”. It is the cost-efficient alternative to the very expensive, highly pure argon gas.
The result is astonishing: In this way, an argon quality of 8.5 is achieved (residual contamination < 5 ppb) which you can’t buy. The analysis accuracy is very much higher then. Alloys which are hard to animate, as cast iron, free cutting steel, sinter metals or multimet-bases are to be analysed this way at the best.

Special Argon Reduction Valve

Together with the instrument, you receive a special argon reduction valve with integrated flow meter as standard.
