Connectable Measuring Stand
Unique Option
The wide range of applications of a mobile spectrometer, either with sparking probes or a connectable measuring stand, are unique.
If samples can be brought to the spectrometer, we recommend the special measuring stand for the Belec Compact Port. The range of application can be once again amplified. Routine measurements can be done quick and reliable without holding the probe, adapter or sample. It is no problem to analyse samples with small measurement surface from Ø 4 mm and to use various adapters for small parts of any kind.
This option is recommendable for e.g. incoming goods inspection. The instrument can be operated like a stationary one because of the connectable measuring stand. If samples are further away from it on a truck or in another building, you will just have to connect a sparking probe and make the instrument mobile again within seconds.

Transport Boxes
The instrument and the corresponding sparking probes can be stored in transport boxes without any problems. The inside of the aluminium boxes is completely padded and ensures a safe transport, whether by road or air. The handy boxes are available individually or together as set.
Sample Preparation
The most important thing for a successful measuring is a good sample preparation. To receive significant analysis results, a clean and plane grinded sample surface is essential. Outer pollution like rust or grease can cause falsifications of the results. Just a simple finger print at the surface of the sample to be analysed can become noticeable. This example shows, how highly sensitive the instruments can react.

Printer
Show the results of the analysis to your colleagues, customers or to your boss, immediately. A printer, connected to the instrument, permits a direct printout. Choose between the small and the compact version, the Canon IP 100 (or successor) and the efficient Canon IP3000 (or successor), respectively.
The smaller model can be easily fixed on the instrument and is also available with an integrated battery. You can work without any qualification and location-independent. This option is recommendable e.g. for our mobile spectrometer Belec Compact Port.
Argon Cleaning Unit
The spark generation in our spectrometers takes place under argon gas. The purer the argon quality, the better the spark and therefore also the measuring result.
For this reason, we recommend our customers the argon quality of 4.8 (purity grade of 99.998 %) in combination with an argon cleaning unit “Oxiclear”. It is the cost-efficient alternative to the very expensive, highly pure argon gas.
The result is astonishing: In this way, an argon quality of 8.5 is achieved (residual contamination < 5 ppb) which you can’t buy. The analysis accuracy is very much higher then. Alloys which are hard to animate, as cast iron, free cutting steel, sinter metals or multimet-bases are to be analysed this way at the best.

Dust Protection Cover
Constant dust emissions can be very bad for the instrument. In case your Belec Compact Port is exposed to such conditions, we recommend our dust protection cover.
According to the requirements, you can chose between a cover with or without a viewing window. If heavy pollution at the location of the instrument during operation can’t be avoided, this option is very recommendable.
Special Argon Reduction Valve
Together with the instrument, you receive a special argon reduction valve with integrated flow meter as standard.
